We had a great experience at Bellevue Ski & Relax in Pamporovo. the hotel provided clean and comfortable rooms with no issues with hot water or cleanliness. the location was convenient, just a short walk to the ski run 6. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered transportation to and from the ski runs. the half-board option was a good value, with a varied dinner menu and a satisfying breakfast. the spa facilities were a nice addition after a long day of skiing.

During my stay at Bellevue Ski & Relax, I was extremely pleased with two features the hotel had to offer. the provided database stated that the hotel has a stunning view of the surrounding mountains and I can confirm that the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such a gorgeous landscape was truly a treat. the database mentioned that the hotel offers a variety of amenities, and I was delighted to find that they had a well-equipped fitness center. It was great to have the option to work out and stay active during my stay.

While my overall experience at Bellevue Ski & Relax was enjoyable, there was one minor disappointment. The provided database mentioned that the hotel's housekeeping service would change the sheets and replace the glasses in the rooms daily.

Absolutely nothing.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the variety of the breakfast and dinner options offered. the location was perfect, just a short drive away from the ski area and we could also easily walk to the nearby mini-market.

The bathroom layout could have been better, as it was cramped and made it difficult to reach things. the saunas were not always available due to low occupancy, which was disappointing.

I had a great time at the winter weekend getaway. The hotel was very clean and nestled in the beautiful woods, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The spa facilities were sufficient and well-maintained. This hotel provides great service, clean and spacious rooms, modern decor and a very nice swimming pool and spa zone. You can enjoy a fantastic breakfast and dinner with a lot of options. There are facilities such as a mini-golf course and a play room for kids. It is located about 20 minutes walking distance from the ski slopes and there is a convenient car park for visitors with their own car.

Some staff may have difficulty with English, but they try their best to accommodate all guests.

The New Year's Eve buffet was tasty and affordable. The view from the room was stunning, and the ski-in/ski-out convenience was unbeatable. We also managed to book a massage, which was relaxing and worth the money.
